I’ve been a customer and fan of these caps for probably 15+ years. They are by far the most comfortable caps for outdoor running/walking or any activities. They fit great and are easily washed and durable.

I recently ordered two caps during their half off sale. I received them quickly, but the quality was far below what I have come to expect. The issue was extremely poor seam alignment where the bill attaches to the hat. One was bunched up in the center and then tapered away from flush with the bill. The other was also misaligned and tapered away from the bill to the left if you were wearing it.

I was really shocked as this was nowhere near the quality I have received over the years. I contacted Sweatvac and sent pictures of the defective seams and also sent pictures of some of my old caps that have been washed many times for comparison. I don’t know how they slipped through quality control or if I was mistakenly sent seconds, but anyway Sweatvac responded and sent me two replacements along with a postage paid shipper to return the defective hats.

Anyway, regardless of this issue I can recommend their products highly and thank them for their great customer service.

Won my first version of this hat at a race years ago. I loved the look, weight, and fit to death. Tried replacing it with a cheaper brand but hated the fit. With this purchase though, the panels were not sewn well so the hat has a lopsided appearance. The strap on this one barely fits my head (same size as last one). Four stars because I love the design and fabric and hope the next one is sewn bettter.

I am so pleased with these sweatvac hats. I’m a runner and have to wear a hat to prevent sweat getting in my eyes. I also have a big head and often can’t find these lightweight runners hat to fit comfortably. These stretch perfectly and comfortably. I also think they would fit normal smaller heads (lol) given the stretch. Worth every penny!!!
