The company has a quality control issue with the sizing of the Stuffy. My recent order is so small that it fits just on the top of my head, while the prior order was so large that it fit to the top of my ears.

The New style does Not fit that well. They are kind of loose. The old style had a shorter white piece of elastic in the back that made it fit Much Tighter.

I'm very happy owning the full set of Sweatvac Stubby No Knot Bandanas.
They're great for boating, hard hat liner, and as a welding cap.

I've been using these Stubbies for well over 10 years under my cycling helmet and I've purchased additional ones periodically over the years. I recently purchased three new ones (I still have my original Stubbies) and the latest ones just don't fit as well as the older ones: the bowl of the Stubby has gotten deeper (to the point that you can cover the tops of your ears) with the excess material bunching up behind your ears and the sweat band is not sewed in evenly so that it is always wrinkled. I was basically unaware that I was wearing my previous Stubbies, which is not the case with the new ones. Still basically a good product but not what it once was.
